Please find a few principles of cooperation below. Thanks to them we will be able to prepare an offer, design and deliver a product fitted to your needs in a specific time.
OFFER
In order to prepare an offer we need:
- technical drawing of a product, which includes: outside dimensions, the number of colours, the number of keys and SMD LEDs, the length and the connection type of the tail,
- quantity of pieces (there is a possibility of preparing the offer for a cyclical order with monthly delivery).
ORDER
- it is possible to send the order form via e-mail or fax.
DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION
- 2 to 4 days after placing an order, we will send ultimate documentation of the product for the approval,
- after approving documentation, we will confirm the completion date and start the production process.
COMPLETION DATES
- 3 to 4 weeks after approving documentation - delivery of prototypes (3 - 5 pieces of finished products),
- 2 to 3 weeks after approving prototypes – the beginning of a product delivery,
- 1 to 3 days - shipment of the product in the case of the completion of a cyclical order.
